How to use SiteClick on-site.
Ten steps, plain English, no jargon. You'll be up and running in about 5 minutes.
1. Get the invite
Your office will send you an invite by email, SMS or WhatsApp. Tap the link — it opens SiteClick and asks you to set a password. Use something you'll remember.
2. Install the app on your phone
Open siteclick.app in Safari (iPhone) or Chrome (Android) and go to Install app. Follow the prompt to add it to your home screen — it works like a normal app after that, offline too.
3. Allow location & camera
When the app asks for camera and location, tap Allow. This is how photos get GPS-stamped to prove where and when work was done.
4. Open the Today view
After login you land on Today — your daily home screen. It shows the jobs you're assigned to, the clock-in button, and today's tasks.
5. Clock on when you arrive
Tap Clock In at the top of Today. Clock Out at the end of the day. That's how hours get logged for payroll — no paper timesheets.
6. Take photos as you work
Open the project, tap the camera icon and take photos as normal. Each one is stamped with time, GPS and the project.
- Before / during / after shots — every day, on every job.
- Tap Add note or Voice note to add context (voice notes get transcribed automatically).
- Use tags (e.g. plumbing, electrics, snag) to make photos findable later.
7. Tick off tasks
Open the project → Checklist. Tap the box next to a task when it's done. The office sees the update instantly.
8. Log snags & issues
Spot something wrong? Open Snags → New Snag, take a photo, set the priority and add a note. It goes on the snag list automatically.
9. Chat with the office
Use the in-app Chat instead of WhatsApp for anything work-related — it keeps a proper record and the whole team can see it.
10. Offline mode
No signal? Keep working. Photos, notes and tasks are saved on your phone and sync automatically as soon as you're back on data or Wi-Fi.
Stuck?
Ask your site manager, or tap Chat in the app and message the office.
