Set up SiteClick for your business.
Follow these nine steps in order. Most owners are fully set up in under 30 minutes.
1. Create your office account
Go to siteclick.app and click Start free. Use your business email — this becomes the main office login. You get a 7-day free trial, no card required.
2. Name your workspace
On first login you'll be asked for a company name. This creates your team workspace — everything (projects, photos, invoices) lives inside it.
3. Add your branding
Open Settings → Company Branding and upload your logo, address, company number and VAT number. This is used automatically on quotes, invoices and the client-facing portal.
4. Invite your team
Go to Team → Invite. Add each person's name and either their email or mobile number.
- Office role — full access to the Hub, billing, invoicing and admin.
- Worker role — mobile-first Today view, projects, photos, tasks, snags and time.
- If email delivery isn't reliable, use the Send SMS / WhatsApp buttons to share the invite link manually.
5. Set up billing (when your trial ends)
Go to Settings → Billing and pick your plan: Solo (£13, 1 user), Team (£33 for 5 users, then £9/user), or Enterprise. Payments run through Stripe — you'll be prompted for card details in a secure checkout.
6. Create your first project
From the Hub, click New Project. Add the site address (used for GPS matching), assign workers, and add any starting tasks or snags. Share the project with the client via the read-only portal link if you want them to follow along.
7. Send your first quote or invoice
Open Invoices → New. Pick the client, add line items, choose VAT / CIS treatment, and hit Send. The client gets a branded shareable link they can approve online.
8. Run the office from the Hub
The Hub gives you a live view of every project, chat, note, invoice and worker clock-in. Check it once a day and you'll always know what's happening on-site.
9. Print the worker playbook
Print /playbook/worker (or share the link) and hand it to every new starter so they can get onto the app themselves within 5 minutes.
